Finally I'm here. I was again without telephone and internet access for a week. So I couldn't post anything, I couldn't read your blogs and I couldn't answer any email. And I have to view all the web news: new patterns, new sales...
During these days I sewed the charity doll for Unicef, "Pigotta". Every year during December in Italy they sell dolls called Pigotta, an Italian name for a doll. Here is mine.
I decided to sew a witch to change kind of doll. I hope somebody will buy it. I will not present when they sell them because I'm going to Solden tomorrow.
I stitched the Christmas Elf Fairy. Here is my progress.
To tell the truth this is not my real progress, I stitched more but I have to take a good picture to share. I hope to upload it tomorrow in the morning. I stitched a needle case for a Christmas gift too. So I have another picture to share.
But I couldn't wait for post the pictures I had, so here is my daily post.

Your Pigotta is wonderful and original! I'm sure she will be buy immediately!!!:)
Glad to see you back! Missed you very much - as, I am sure, many of us did! I figured you were offline, but did get your email yesterday :-) You are welcome for the DMC - will do that for you ANYTIME! And, you are more than welcome for the little pressie! I do hope you like it! I thought it was quite unique, I have it too - maybe we can stitch something on it in a SAL someday :-)
Oh - adore your little witch there! You have fabulous talent - I agree with dear Chiara, she will sell right away!! And, your Mirabilia elf - too, too cute :-) I can't wait to stitch that one and might make it my next "at work" project, if I can ever finish 17th Century Irish Garden!
Bea we really missed you but now you are back and I really love to see what you have done. The doll is just so tough.I myself have had no opportunity to do so much but I hopr lster.2 weeks free from 23 of december.
Keep on stitching.
Bea, your little witch is gorgeous! That is something I wouldn't have the patience for ... you do a lovely job of it! Also your Christmas Elf is coming along nicely :)
Hi Bea! For some reason I missed that post earlier! :o(
But your Pigotta is awesome - so unique!
I stitched a doll for the Unicef once. Here they are called Frimousses ;o)
But I am bothered by the fact that the dolls don't go themselves to needing children. I think the people should buy them and then give them to a child in need. But what you do is great and your Pigotta is fantastic!! Kudos and I hope you will be back online soon cause I miss you :o)
And you've made such a great progress on your Elf! You'll have her finished in no time! Hugs!!
